1. General Provisions. These Purchase – Sale Rules (hereinafter – “Rules”) are a legal document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter – “Buyer”) and the Seller (hereinafter – “Seller”) when purchasing goods in the online store of the Small Partnership "Obuoliukams", company code 305685550. 2. Conclusion of the Purchase – Sale Agreement.
2.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after forming a shopping cart in the e-shop and placing an order, receives an email confirming that the order is being processed.
2.2. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the e-shop.
3. Payment Procedure.
3.1. The Buyer may pay using all banks (Bank Link), Apple Pay, Google Pay or a payment card.
3.2. The Buyer receives a confirmation email immediately after placing the order and additionally when the payment is received.
4. Seller’s Rights.
4.1. The Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the e-shop due to important circumstances without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation or stable functioning of the e-shop, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the e-shop or cancel their registration.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.
4.4. The Seller has the right to cancel an order if the Buyer does not make payment within 3 business days.
4.5. The Seller is not responsible for discrepancies in colors or shapes due to monitor characteristics.
5. Seller’s Obligations.
5.1. The Seller undertakes to provide conditions for using the e-shop.
5.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods within the agreed time.
6. Buyer’s Obligations.
6.1. By using the e-shop, the Buyer agrees to these Purchase – Sale Rules and must comply with them.
6.2. The Buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed amount.
6.3. If the Buyer’s details provided in the order form change, the Buyer must update them immediately.
6.4. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the delivery costs.
7. Delivery of Goods.
7.1. Goods are delivered via couriers and parcel lockers (LP Express, Omniva, DPD, SmartPosti, Venipak or by post).
7.2. Delivery price depends on the selected method and starts from 2.10 EUR.
7.3. Delivery time: 1–2 business days or 4–8 business days if the product is in the supplier’s warehouse.
8. Return of Goods.
8.1. Returns are carried out in accordance with applicable legal acts.

8.3. Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days to the account from which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.
8.4. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Customer.
8.5 If the reason for return is not a product defect or a seller error (e.g., wrong item delivered or late delivery), delivery costs are not refunded.
